What to Expect

When you call Home Status Inspection Company you can expect:

• You will get our services... and not, as is the case with some large inspection companies, an inexperienced novice. If there is a substitute, you will be notified in advance and that person will meet my demanding standards.

• I will probably arrive early to the site. If delayed in traffic I will call. If at any time before our inspection I suspect a difficulty in starting the inspection on time, I will call.

• I will spend as much time as needed to do the job. Some inspections require more time. I will not rush to meet a schedule... I will change the schedule to meet your needs.

• I make every effort to leave the property as I found it... with the exception for safety hazards I may find. I will mark these, leave notes, signs, etc. and do what is appropriate to prevent anyone being injured.
